1. Vertical smoke tube structure, burner top blowing, enhances heat transfer, and improves boiler thermal efficiency.
2. The top blowing boiler avoids the situation where the side blowing burner used to prevent the flame from fully spreading and directly flushing the opposite furnace chamber and shell (which is particularly prone to burning out the boiler when the refractory mud facing the burner nozzle falls off, and needs to be checked and repaired regularly). The burner is set at the top of the boiler, and the flame extends from the top downwards and fully spreads, with a long flame process and complete combustion.
